Swapboard for Classes is designed for any instructor or teaching group that allows students the flexibility to swap classes.
Classes can be setup and tailored to match your own teaching structure and students simply access and make class swaps as needed.
It's available for teachers and instructors of all kinds of groups including: Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Aerobics, Fitness, Swimming or any other teaching group or instructor that would benefit from allowing their students to swap classes.
Swapboard for Classes is charged at £12.00 per month on a monthly subscription basis. There are no long term contracts or expensive tie-ins. If you decide to stop using it, simply cancel your account.

Once you have created an account, setup your classes using the Class Manager and tailor your swapboard by uploading a logo and adding any rules you wish your clients to abide by.
When setup, simply add a link on your website to help your clients locate it. You can password protect the swapboard to ensure that only your students have access to it.
Your clients will then access the swapboard, offer any classes they can't attend for swap and take a replacement class that's been offered by another student. It's as simple as that.

The Swop Board by Bee-Inclined is fantastic and I can highly recommend it. It’s accessed through my website and gives clients the opportunity to make up classes they can’t make during the term. Clients can post dates they know they can't make and then take a class that someone else has posted. It saves so much time and is very easy to set up and use. I just wanted thank you for the Bee-inclined class swap system. We launched it to our clients before Christmas and it has, quite honestly, changed our lives. We see over 110 people a week for classes so admin/communication required for swapping classes seemed endless, especially last minute over the weekend.
